Sample Policy

  1. To receive a free sample, the customer must pay an initial refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total order value. Sample production will begin only after payment has been received and verified.
  2. After receiving the sample, the customer should inspect it carefully and provide any feedback, changes, or improvement requests. Approved revisions will be incorporated into the bulk production. Additional samples may be provided if required.
  3. If the customer is not satisfied with the sample quality or our service, the initial deposit will be refunded in full, excluding shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable fees communicated before payment. If the order is canceled for reasons unrelated to product quality, including a change of mind or insufficient budget, the sample cost will be deducted from the deposit. Sample charges typically range from €50–€250, depending on the product type and the number of samples produced.
  4. The total order payment is divided into three stages. The first payment is the initial refundable deposit used to produce the sample. After the sample is approved and the order specifications are finalized, the second payment is required to begin bulk production. Once production is completed, we will share photos or videos of the finished products. The final payment is then due before the order is shipped to the customer’s delivery address.
  5. There is no fixed deadline for placing a bulk order after sample approval.
  6. Custom labels, hang tags, branded packaging, and other customized packaging materials are not included with sample orders. These will be produced and applied during the bulk production stage upon order confirmation.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at just 10 pieces. For some products, the MOQ is higher 20 or 50 pieces, depending on the product type. The MOQ for each product is listed on product page.
